Early Education Leaders is growing—and we’re hiring for three new leadership roles to strengthen our impact and expand our nationally recognized work. These positions are an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, equity-driven team working to transform early care and education through leadership development, systems change, and research.

All roles are based at UMass Boston with flexible hybrid work options. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Director of Early Educator Leadership Network: Lead a national network of early educator changemakers.

We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-centered leader to launch and direct our new alumni network. This role will oversee community-building events, leadership programming, mentoring, and fundraising efforts to ensure our alumni remain engaged and supported as leaders in the field.

Director of Development and External Partnerships: Grow resources. Build partnerships. Advance our mission.

This newly created role will lead our development strategy, write and manage grant proposals, and cultivate external partnerships that fuel our growth. Ideal for a strong communicator with experience in nonprofit or higher education fundraising.

Director of Leading for Change Administration & Operations: Lead the backbone operations of our flagship leadership program.

This position will manage the day-to-day implementation of Leading for Change (LfC), our entrepreneurial leadership course for early educators. The Director will oversee program operations, staff supervision, alumni programming, and funder deliverables.
