If you are planning to enroll in summer or fall courses, there are some important timelines and deadlines you should be aware of so you can plan accordingly.
SUMMER SESSION ONE: The College of Advancing and Professional Studies (CAPS) runs the summer session enrollment process and has informed us that any course that has low enrollment might be cancelled. If you are considering adding a summer session one course please do so by Monday, May 18, 2015 so that the university can have a better idea of enrollment interest and plans. Not all low enrolled courses will be cancelled, and if you are in a section that gets cancelled, you will be notified once a decision has been made (sometime next week, presumably).
FALL REGISTRATION: All students should initiate registration for the fall semester by May 31, 2015 to avoid the $100.00 late registration fee. Initiating your registration simply means you enroll in something for the fall – anything. You can drop that course, add others and makes swaps right up through the end of add drop – but you have to have enrolled in at least one course by May 31 to avoid this late fee.
If you are unsure about taking summer or fall courses, please contact your assigned academic advisor.
