Tony aims to share how millennials have the opportunity to take on the big firms with innovation and wealth creation through the connected economy. He will share his experience with FinTech innovation and its role in changing how people, especially millennials, manage their personal finances and engage with the stock market. He will convey his opinions by sharing how Millennium IT, a small FinTech company in Sri Lanka, built the fastest trading system in the world and helped the London Stock Exchange Group, operator of Europe’s oldest independent bourse, move to be the 3rd largest global exchange in three short years, and why he chose to move from LSE to build Ustocktrade. The goal is to share how FinTech innovation has the ability to change and is changing the landscape of the traditional finance sector.
