Note: this message was emailed to all students and sent via Blackboard announcement on April 5.

Well everyone, my jury duty has led to jury impanelment, which means I have to serve for the whole trial 🙁 it will take place this week.

Here’s what that means for our class:

Everything is getting pushed back by one class day. Day 19, which was going to be Thursday, is now Tuesday, April 12. Your homework for Day 19 will be discussed and graded on Tuesday, April 12. Projects are rescheduled according to the table at the end of this message. The class calendar has already been updated with all changes. WW4’s due date is unaffected. The final paper is also still due on the original date as noted on the calendar and syllabus.

Luckily, I left a day free at the end of the semester, so we will still have the planned number of optional final paper workshops, and everyone will have time to present their projects without doubling up. 

I apologize for the rescheduling; if it were in my control I certainly would not do it. Let me know if you have serious issues with the changes.
