It’s ok! You are not penalized for not being present during lectures this semester.
You will be able to watch the lecture whenever you please, as long as you watch both Tuesday and Thursday lectures before you answer your homework questions and post on Saturdays. Attendance is not taken during the lectures, in fact, I expect many students will need to watch at different times. You can join the Zoom meeting late. You can leave early. You can miss it entirely and watch the recording later that day.
If you absolutely must watch the lecture at your scheduled time and no other time in the entire week will work for you: a) that is problematic, since even if you attended your lectures you would still need to spend time outside of class working on assignments, and b) I can provide you with recorded lectures from last semester. There is also option c), take the class in a semester that is not affected by a pandemic.
I realize the situation is far from ideal. Please trust that it is not only the students who are dealing with massive changes to course expectations. We are all doing our best.
