Reporting to the Controller, the Finance/Accounting Intern will be responsible for functions in the area
of Accounting and Finance for Athletes’ Performance, Inc. (d.b.a EXOS) (and all of its subsidiaries)at the
Norwell, MA office. The student filling this position will handle a wide range of important duties and will
be expected to work diligently and independently. This is a part-time position (1 – 2 days a week).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Assist with month-end financial reports
– Organizing raw data into functional reports
– Help with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation
– Balance sheet reconciliation
– Data entry
– General office responsibilities
– Completing miscellaneous special projects as requested

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
– General knowledge of GAAP
– Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
– Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
– Detail oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines.
– Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
– Demonstrates quantitative and analytical ability
– Familiarity with Great Plains software would be a plus.

EDUCATION:
– Currently majoring in Accounting/Finance or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
