Robert and Jean O’Hara Sheridan Scholarship Fund
Are you looking for ways to help pay your tuition?
Are you a full time student (12 credits or more a semester)?
Do you have a FAFSA form on file with Financial Aid?
Are you a resident of the City of Boston, Jamaica Plain, or Everett, MA?
Are you involved at UMass Boston in co-curricular activities (clubs, organizations, etc)?
If so, you may be eligible for the Robert and Jean O’Hara Sheridan Scholarship. The Scholarship application deadline has been extended to December 14, 2012 to be sure the scholarship can be awarded this year to deserving UMass Boston students. To apply:
- Fill out the application in its entirety, including activities, hobbies, memberships, and employment experience
- Provide an essay (no more than 2 pages) – see application for details
- Turn in completed application and essay to the Merit Scholarship Office, Campus Center 4th floor by Friday, December 14th
