Organizations & Social Change

The interdisciplinary Organizations and Social Change (OSC) Track is largely a response to the growing interest among scholars in issues at the intersection of business and society—issues such as climate change, workforce diversity, economic develop-ment, and globalization.  It is in many respects an acknowledgment that harnessing the financial, organizational, and techno-logical resources of business and entrepreneurship can result in innovative solutions to these concerns.

The OSC Track builds on the expertise of the Management and Marketing Department, preparing students to be active academics and professionals in meeting complex business and social challenges.
