The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Inspector General (OIG), Office of Evaluation and Inspections (OEI) has posted several job openings for Social Science Research Analysts in our Dallas, TX regional office. The positions are entry-level, and open to recent graduates (graduation dates May 2017-Aug 2019) and current students.
OEI conducts national evaluations to measure the effectiveness of HHS policies and programs. These evaluations provide decision-makers in HHS and Congress with analysis of high-impact issues within HHS operating divisions, including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
