The Bayside campus is located adjacent to the Bayside parking lot, near the Double Tree hotel and very close to the JFK/UMass Red Line T stop.
Finding your classes
Example – Room: BCL – Hamp – Bayside, Hampden
This class will be held in the Bayside Building (sometimes also referred to as Mt. Vernon Street, or CAPS) in the Hampden room. You can find the Bayside building (noted on the map as location #20 – 150 Mt Vernon Street) on the map. Once you get to the building, there are signs pointing you down the stairs to the class rooms. You can also find GPS coordinates, and an interactive map with directions to the Bayside Building here.

Near Bayside parking lot, opposite entrance to Marketplace Café in the DoubleTree hotel.
Classes will be held in the lower level rooms, for example: Suffolk Room (V00-Suff).
By car from the North
Take Interstate 93 South through Boston to Exit 15 (Columbia Road/JFK Library). Take a left at the end of the ramp onto Columbia Road. Go straight into the rotary. Take the second exit (a right) onto Day Blvd. Take your first left onto Mt. Vernon Street. The UMass Boston Bayside Lot is straight ahead, past the Double Tree Hotel, on your left.
By car from the South
Take Interstate 93 North; Take exit 15
Take a Right at the end of the ramp onto Columbia Road. Go straight into the rotary. Take the second exit (a right) onto Day Blvd. Take your first left onto Mt. Vernon Street. The UMass Boston Bayside Lot is straight ahead, past the Double Tree Hotel, on your left.
Walking directions, upon arrival to the parking lot:
Walk toward Double Tree hotel (towards Mt. Vernon Street, near the Marketplace Café side) and enter the building on the right just across from the Marketplace Café. You will pass under a long awning overhead. Enter the building through black metal double door to the main lobby. There will be signs directing you once you enter the building.
Walking directions from JFK/UMass MBTA station:
Walk along Mount Vernon street after leaving the station. You will see a sign to enter the DoubleTree hotel, on the left. Use this entrance, walking along the left side of the building. Across from the Marketplace Café entrance, you will see a red awning indicating the entrance to the building where we are holding the information session.
To classes (once inside the building):
Once in the lobby, walk toward the reception desk and turn left. Head down the stairs located on the left, walk past the glass room and turn right. Walk through the open double white doors. The rooms have their names above the doors along with sign holders for the meeting time.
There will be signs indicating the College of Management classrooms.
