The Cinema Studies Program, the Departments of English and Performing Arts, and the Office Career Services and Internships will be sponsoring a career event for students interested in learning more about the Boston’s film industry. Representatives from New England Studio Mechanics, IATSE 481, will give a presentation on the local film and television industry, including the sort of jobs available, building a career, and their work representing those in the industry. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions and chat informally. The event will be held on Thursday, May 5th from 12:00 to 2:00, in Campus Center, Room 3545. Stop by!
