The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at UMass Boston invites all who are curious about OLLI courses and its community to attend an open house on Wednesday, July 27, from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Current OLLI members, course presenters, and office staff will talk about the program, offer a preview of fall 2022 course offerings, and answer visitors’ questions. Visitors can attend in person at the UMass Boston Campus Center or online via Zoom.

OLLI provides lifelong learning, trips, and social activities for people aged 50 and older. OLLI is affiliated with the national network of learning in retirement programs organized by the Bernard Osher Foundation.

“The open house is a great opportunity for new members to get a sense of what OLLI is all about as well as get a glimpse into what we are offering for courses this fall,” says James Hermelbracht, OLLI director. “We’re pleased to offer this as a hybrid event so you can choose to attend on campus, from home live via Zoom, or as a recording.”

When registering, please specify if you plan to attend in person or online. Free campus parking passes are available for those attending in person.
