Debra Butler is an IGERT fellow and a PhD student in the College of Management, following the Organizations and Social Change Track. Her research interests are: (1) complexity of organizational theory and networks in adaptive response to climate change (particularly impacting coastal and island communities, and (2) access to adaptive capacity from capital markets via asset valuation schemes based on governance, risk management, human and environmental resources regimes.
