Students Teaching!

Today, the health interns were able to facilitate a class on their own. They learned a lot from their health internships and they gave a health class to some of the students from the Urban Scholars Program. I  got the opportunity to photograph this class. Even though the interns were pretty nervous, I could tell that they were enjoying it. They talked about human body parts and sexual health. At first, the students were confused as to why their fellow peers were teaching. However, the interns excelled at what they were doing and the students paid close attention and learned from the student teachers.
