Welcome to the online Wiser training platform

Designed to empower UMass Boston staff with self-paced instruction resources. Within this platform, you will find comprehensive guidance on fifteen common functions essential for support staff. While this introductory training covers these functions in detail, please note that Wiser encompasses many more features beyond this scope.

Navigating the Wiser interface is made intuitive through two primary methods: the right pane and left pane navigation. Clicking on a tile activates the right pane folder list, while the left pane navigation is accessible via the Nav Bar. Both options offer convenient access to recent locations and bookmarked favorites. Throughout this blog, we utilize the left pane navigation to deliver step-by-step instructions for the fifteen functions.

Please note: Wiser now uses the same login credentials as Office365/Webmail. Sign in with your full campus email address (including ‘@umb.edu‘) and password.
