At the 28th annual Lavender Languages and Linguistics Conference in Catania, Sicily, Julia Donnelly Spiegelman presented a slice of her dissertation: results from an online survey of non-binary high school students in the U.S., focused on the varied and creative strategies students used to navigate grammatical gender in their French and Spanish foreign language classrooms.
