Summer Transportation Institute: NASA Conference
As part of the Summer Transportation Institute (STI) summertime curriculum, students got the opportunity speak with Robert Storm, a member of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Over the course of two days, Storm communicated with students via skype about his job, the solar system, and space travel.
Students and Storm engaged in conversation about discovering foreign regions of space, inventing the equipment needed for travel, the positioning of the moon and how it affects the color.
Students were intrigued by the lecture and I found the information interesting as well. It was pleasure covering them as they participated in this amazing activity.
