1/31 & 2/6: Application workshops for CatCH summer research program

Please consider attending these workshops if you are interested in child and family health research. You will receive one-on-one feedback and advice on your application to the CatCH summer research program:
Thursday 1/31 from 1-3pm in Campus Center 3545
Wednesday 2/6 from 10-12pm in Campus Center 3540

 At these workshops, you can:

  • Get feedback on your application and supplementary materials (resume and personal statement feedback).
  • Meet the faculty mentors  Check out their research on the CatCH Scholars Program website.
  • Get more information before deciding to apply. Learn more about how you can earn $4,000 for 10 weeks of full-time research on Caregiver, Child and Community Health in Summer 2019.  In this program, students engage in lab and/or community-based research alongside a cohort of peers and faculty mentors; see the attached flyer for more details.

About the CatCH program:

  • Application deadline: February 8th, 2019 at 12pm
  • Program dates: June 3rd through August 9th, 2019
  • Eligibility:  Students must have at least 15 credits and a 2.5 GPA to apply.  Racial/ethnic minority students, women, first-generation college students, and Pell grant recipients are encouraged to apply.
