  • Extended Maintenance is included at no extra cost for customers that have acquired a RISE subscription with SAP or are utilizing earlier subscription models (such as a subscription for SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud). Moving from an on-premises installation of SAP S/4HANA to RISE with SAP is also suggested. With a change in the underlying infrastructure, customers may anticipate the same degree of flexibility with the on-premises solution.
  • With Extended Maintenance, clients that are still using one of these previous versions of SAP S/4HANA in an on-premise environment and choose to do so can do so for an extra price equivalent to 4% of the maintenance base for their core SAP S/4HANA system.
