HONORS 290: Understanding the Environment: Measuring, Analyzing and Deep Insights (Fall 2014)
Twice a week we will meet for 75 minutes to discuss quantitative reasoning skills in the context of environmental topics. Through projects, students will develop their quantitative skills. There is an emphasis on developing ones technical writing skills in this course, while learning how to independently analyze quantitative arguments upon which conclusions are drawn.
EEOS 305: Hydrology (Spring 2014)
This course will meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 50 minutes. During this time, students will be introduced to the broad and dynamic field of hydrology. The course will cover basic hydrologic concepts, the elements of the hydrologic cycle.
