Hey everyone! We’ve spent the past few days in Scotland, and it has been such an adventure. As always, my blog posts are going to be divided into two sections: a quick Sparknotes section for those of you who are too busy at the moment, and a vlog section for if you want to truly want to experience Glasgow through the lens of my Nikon. Happy reading!
Day #1-3: City Tour & GCU
One of the members of our amazing hosting group, Claudia, suggested “Once Upon a Tart” for lunch. Not only does she work there, but she also enjoys baking and making latte art.
After shopping, we stopped by another cafe simply named “EAT.” for a snack and drink. To see the beautiful views from the city tour bus we rode, make sure to take some time to watch the vlog linked below!
Here are some pictures from the second night, taken after a lovely dinner of haggis (ha ha):On Wednesday, we took the subway for the first time in Scotland to go to a picturesque botanical garden. For dinner, we went to “Ketchup”, an American diner, to have burgers and “chips” (fries). To get the full experience, make sure to watch the vlog!
