Hi, my name is Emina Berbic! I am from Leominster Massachusetts but I was born in Bosnia and moved to the United States when I was four years old. I have recently moved to Boston and live close to campus. The many things that interest me are running, hiking, traveling, and having a good time. I am such an outgoing person and I love meeting new people and experiencing new adventures. I am beyond excited to have been chosen as a student ambassador and be given the opportunity to represent the premed communities as well as UMass Boston in Scotland. During this trip I hope to gain experience and knowledge but also a great time with not only my fellow classmates but the Scottish students as well. This experience will not only keep me grounded in my studies but will help me grow as a person who wants to contribute positively to our community, UMass Boston, and the world.
