Today GCU students presented their game developing adventures to us and it was astonishing what they have accomplished during their freshman year in college. They were in full swing of creating 2D and 3D games. The games were all based on racing cars and resembled Mario Kart, but the thought process and design that went into these games were amazing. The concept art was incredibly impressive as well. It gave other students and I a better idea of the kind of work they do at GCU and the pace they were moving at in school, it must be so fast! We were all impressed by their games and happy that we met these students. They truly inspired us for our future projects!
