Initial findings from our study of the Early Childhood Fellowship – Bachelor’s Degree Completion Program show promising outcomes in degree completion, academic achievement, and career advancement. Key takeaways:

💼 85% of Fellows balance full-time work with coursework and family responsibilities
🗣️ 47% are multilingual educators navigating higher education systems
🎓 Fellows maintain a 3.25 average GPA

We’re pleased to announce our Early Educator Leadership Fellows for the 2024-2026 cohort of our Post-Master’s Certificate Program in Early Education Research, Policy, and Practice. Incoming Fellows represent diverse professional contexts and will spend two years in intensive training focused on leadership, policy, and the science of early learning.
