The finally step to my simulations is when a drug resistant HIV infects the t-cell, the t-cell will not be able to be cured. Im not sure how I can do this when i only have one Agent for HIV and one agent for the t-cell

use colors – have a “red HIV” that’s drug resistant and when it hits a cell, that becomes a “red infected cell” that can’t be cured – does that make sense?
