Not much to chime in on:
Unless I think up something new to code in all I have left to do is to optimize the simulation so it runs for a decent amount of time before either the simulation crashes or the population crashes. So that is what I will be doing this week and if I can manage to get it going for the desired amount of time I can start collecting data for ANOVA.
