This week I added in a feature to my code where the HIV+ pregnant females have a chance of transmitting the virus to the fetus if they haven’t visited the clinic. However, the graph above was what I obtained as a result. It’s not what I initially intended to get and the result wasn’t what I expected either. I want to make it so that if the HIV positive and pregnant female hasn’t visited the clinic after a certain amount of time the virus gets transmitted to the fetus. The way I have it now, a certain amount of the females don’t have the chance to visit the clinic.
