So, now that I’ve fixed my problem with getting Slnova to work, I’ve started to collect information on how the contagion spreads and how effective at wiping out a population this plague is. By playing with the amounts of rats, the mortality and recovery rates, and the introduction of different amounts of super spreaders in my base population I can graph and compare different runs of each test to see how the variables affect the outcome of my simulation.
