Sorry its late! The past week I remixed my code so that I have 1 clinic, 2 clinics and 4 clinics in my simulation. This way, I can see the time it takes for half of the females (100) in the population to prevent transmission of HIV to the fetus. I started with small clinics in the simulation to ensure it’s working. I do notice a difference in the time it takes between 1 and 2 clinics present in the population, contrary to what I thought initially. This week I want to see how large the difference is between having 1 vs 10 clinics in my population. I also plan on adding the idea that if a female has been infected and pregnant for a certain amount of time, the virus gets transmitted to the fetus and thus prevention is no longer possible.
