Sorry it’s late! We got your emails and I remixed and implemented the color coding. I also played around with the hit count threshold and probability for cells to delete and seem to have achieved a stable birth/death rate. The new hit count threshold for cell division is 300, and the code for deleting cells is if random 1300 < 5 then delete. Now that we’ve figured this out hopefully it will run smoothly from now on and we can begin the excel data experiments.
