For the midterm questions, I was going to answer them using the simulation without the doctor agent. For this week, I am planning on adding the doctor agent and giving the human agents immunity against the H1N1 virus. This week, I was thinking about adding a body of water that human agents can go in to represent the spreading of disease increases when germs are shared through water. I am not sure if there is a way to make the agents be more infectious within a specific area of terrain but I would still like to add the body of water. Perhaps I could make the birds stay around the body of water to make it more realistic.
