Code Review & Weekly Plan 03/16/17 9:01pm

For my code review I was working on trying to just have something in place for right now to show how chelation therapy works because I forgot what you had mentioned when we had met. Then we had met and you had proposed to make the RBC’s apart of the wallpaper if I am going to keep them in my simulation since RBC actually don’t create themselves. The code below obviously doesn’t work and biologically doesn’t make any sense and this occurred so late Friday. I took the code out of the kidney tab along with out of the world tab which is what you see below. I also took everything out of the RBC tab so that the RBC are apart of the background or “wallpaper”.

So my weekly plan is where I will be starting next week and should have a code to put up.

My weekly plan for this upcoming week is to add in a data box that represents the HM count, and a data box that represents the clock where I can show the amount of HM’s that are left after a certain amount of time; and I can do this at which ever percentage point I choose to whether its 10% or 50% of the time. This is what I want to work on next week and work with the numbers and see what it looks like on the simulation.

  1. YOU SHOULD WRITE DOWN WHAT I SAY!!!
the end goal is something like
    – the time it takes to get to 50% or 10% etc of the initial HM level
    – the % of initial HM left after 500 etc time steps

Top code – WHY ARE YOU MAKING RBC WHEN EDTA-HM ITS A KINDEY? THAT MAKES NO BIOLOGICAL SENSE!

we need to talk – I keep making suggestions and you keep forgetting them and you’re doing things that make no biological sense. What’s going on?
