I want to create death for the mosquitoes to prevent the simulation from overpopulating with mosquitoes. I also want to create a code to let the mosquitoes move after they have stopped in the pond and after they have reproduced.

This week my goal is to add a timer to my ticks before they lay eggs and a timer after they lay eggs where they can’t get pregnant again.   Also continue working on collision and movement code.
