There are several options to get help with Xythos Document Management Systems:
1. There is an online manual accessible through the Xythos web interface. While you are logged into Xythos (http://xythos.umb.edu) click the help link in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. Call the IT Service Desk at 617-287-5220 or email ITservicedesk@umb.edu or visit the 3rd fl Healey Library
