Wikispaces now offers page-level permission control

The most common wiki concern I hear from faculty and staff is that of access control. In fact, user management across wikis is one reason the IT department selected Wikispaces over other hosted wiki options. However, Wikispaces (unlike pbWiki) did not offer the ability to publicly share individual pages within a private wiki, or have private pages in a public wiki.

Now it does! You can read about this great new feature on the Wikispaces blog.

It augments the handy "Lock" option in the page drop-down menu, and now you have excellent control over how your wiki is presented to your users, whether your class, department, the whole world, or a customized combination of your choice.
