CM UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM OFFICE WALK-IN HOURS

The College of Management Undergraduate Program office is located in M-5-610.  The College of Management Undergraduate Program Office Academic Advisors are:

Mara Sidman: Works with CM students with 60+ credits and last names between A-De
Rebecca Meaney: Works with CM students with 60+ credits and last names between Df-La
David Earnhardt: Works with CM students with 60+ credits and last names between Lb-Ra

Carlton Jones: Works with CM students with 60+ credits and last names between Rb-Z

Only College of Management students with 60 or more earned credits can see their advisor in the College of Management Undergraduate Program Office.  Advisors are assigned based on the student’s last name, as detailed above.  Advisors in CM are available during walk-ins or by appointment; please call the office at 617.287.7760 to schedule an appointment with your advisor, or check out the walk-in schedule below.

SPRING BREAK ADVISING HOURS

Due to a professional conference, there will be no advising available in the College of Management from Wednesday-Friday of spring break.  If you need urgent assistance, please visit the University Advising Center and/or email your assigned advisor.

WEEK OF MARCH 30-APRIL 3 and WEEK OF APRIL 6 – 10 ADVISING HOURS

The campus will be closed on Monday, March 30 to accommodate the security needs of President Obama’s visit to the EMKI on the peninsula.

For the remainder of these dates, all CM advisors will be available all day, with the exception of their scheduled breaks.  We will operate on a walk-in basis only, with at 2-4 advisors available at any given point between 8:30am – 5:00pm.  Stop by our office anytime!

WEEK OF APRIL 20-24 ADVISING HOURS

The campus will be closed on Monday, March 30 in observance of Patriot’s Day.

On Tuesday April 21 and Wednesday April 22, all CM advisors will be available all day, with the exception of their scheduled breaks.  We will operate on a walk-in basis only, with at 2-4 advisors available at any given point between 8:30am – 5:00pm those two days.

Wednesday, April 22 is the last day to withdraw from a course or change your grading status to (or from ) P/F.

On Thursday, April 23, we will resume our regular spring semester walk-in hours as posted below:

Amy Mei is available for appointments to discuss certain policy exceptions, such as: CM course pre-requisites and credit overloads (after the appropriate online forms have been completed and reviewed) . To schedule an appointment with Amy, please meet with your advisor.  There are several policies exception that only the Office of Undergraduate Studies can make exceptions for, including: exceptions to all university deadlines (add/drop, withdrawal, pass/fail); course repeats and grading option changes.
