We are currently experiencing an issue with the security certificate for the MAP Portal. This has no effect on your data or miles, however, it will give you an error message if you try to log in saying that the certificate has expired. The message is different depending on your web browsing program, so we have included screenshots below. In order to get to the log in screen you will need to do the following:
Click advanced, then proceed
In Internet Explorer:
Click “continue to this website”
Click “I understand the risks” then “add exception”
