Save Students $$$, Teach with Free OER Content
Celebrate Open Education Week 2017
Open Educational Resources (OER) are becoming widely used in higher education. Colleges and universities country-wide are using OER to replace publisher textbooks and dramatically cut textbook costs for students (textbook-free Z-Degree). By adopting OER material for your courses, you too can reduce or eliminate textbook costs for students, significantly reducing the cost to graduate. Learn how to make the transition from publisher content to OER from UMass Boston innovative faculty and find out about available resources and support.
11:00 AM – 12:30 PM, March 30th
Campus Center, 2nd fl., Room 2545.
