Candidate serves as the primary point of contact for members by accessing their banking needs via various delivery methods i.e., phone, e-mail, in person. Must be able to troubleshoot problems and provide a high level of service to our members. Additional responsibilities include investigating and resolving a wide variety of issues and requests displaying personal interest in members, treating members with respect in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. Must be able to cross sell all products and services. Must follow established operations policies and procedures including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
