PAID INTERNSHIP PROJECT: Business Process Documentation

PeopleSERVE is looking to hire an INTERN to help with some special projects. The first critical project requires someone with strong process and documentation skills. We will start with our core competencies (sourcing and recruiting) and document process flow, best practice and develop training content.
The documentation specialist will collaborate with the CEO and other Subject Matter Experts to gain an understanding of the various business processes. They will analyze the project requirements to determine and recommend the types of documentation needed and then facilitate the development of the documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
. Develop documentation related to best practice, core business process, SOPs, etc
. Develop training content based on the business process and documentation
. Develop/utilize graphics and/or illustrations including flow charts and process illustrations
. Work with management and subject matter experts to develop the documentation
. Ability to write, edit, and revise documentation in a clear, concise and accurate manner
. Ability to communicate with team members and understand the requirements of business processes
. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
. Ability to work effectively under minimal direction, with heavy responsibility for final results
. Advanced knowledge of complete MS Office Suite
. Ability to create basic illustrations to demonstrate business processes and flow.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
. Ability to interview and accurately interpret communication requirements of team members.
. BA/BS preferable in English, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
